Cancel your purchase

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of SynectGEO, without giving a reason. You can do that right here — or by any other clear statement to us.

1. Withdraw from your contract

Use this form to cancel. It reaches us immediately and we’ll email you a confirmation of receipt for your records.

2. What happens next

We refund any amount due to your original payment method without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of receiving your notice.

Because SynectGEO is supplied immediately at your request, if you asked us to start during the cancellation period we may deduct the value of what you actually used:

Subscriptions: you pay only for the service already supplied, in proportion to what you used; we refund the rest.
Credit top-ups: we refund unused credits. Credits you already used are not refunded, because the corresponding reports were delivered to you at your request.

3. Model withdrawal form

You may use this form, but you don’t have to — any clear statement of your decision to withdraw is enough.

4. Business customers

SynectGEO is intended for business use. If you are buying for purposes related to your trade, business, craft or profession, you are not a consumer and the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply — but you can still cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing & usage.
